Terms & Conditions

Last updated: July 29, 2026

These terms cover shops signing up to use Razur (*.razur.app). By signing up for or using Razur, a shop owner agrees to these terms. Questions: support@razur.app.

1. The service

Razur is a booking platform for barbershops: a customer-facing page for clients to book appointments, and an admin dashboard for the shop to manage bookings, clients, reviews, and shop settings. Razur is hand-onboarded — each shop is set up individually rather than through open self-signup.

2. Accounts

Sign-in uses a one-time code sent to the shop owner's email — there's no password. The shop owner is responsible for keeping access to that email account secure, and for the accuracy of the information they add to their shop's page (business details, services, prices, hours).

3. Trial & subscription

4. What Razur does and doesn't do

Razur provides the booking software. The shop is solely responsible for the barbering services it actually delivers to its customers — the quality of a haircut, scheduling decisions, in-person conduct, and any dispute with a customer about the service provided is between the shop and its customer, not Razur.

Razur does not process customer payments. Customers pay the shop directly, by whatever method the shop accepts.

5. Acceptable use

Shops agree not to use Razur to:

6. Content and data

Shops own the content they upload (photos, descriptions, service listings) and are responsible for having the right to use it. Customer and booking data collected through a shop's page belongs to that shop for operating their business; see our Privacy Policy for how we handle and protect it.

7. Cancellation

A shop can stop using Razur at any time by contacting support@razur.app. No refunds are given for the current billing period. See our Privacy Policy for how account data is handled after closure.

8. Availability

We work to keep Razur reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Razur may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control.

9. Limitation of liability

Razur is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, Razur is not liable for indirect losses, lost bookings or revenue, or issues arising from a shop's own services to its customers. Our total liability for any claim relating to Razur is limited to the fees paid by the shop in the 3 months before the claim.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll let shop owners know (email or WhatsApp) before it takes effect. Continuing to use Razur after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Trinidad and Tobago.
